Parses PACER docket entries to classify creditor motions (MFRS, MTD, Objections) and debtor responses. Calculates response rate by motion type and opposing counsel.

Sample finding: one firm responded to 30 of 309 creditor motions (9.7%). MTD response rate: 0% across 80 motions.
